Delete your Firsthand account

In the app

1. Open Firsthand and go to My Vault.
2. Tap the person icon at the top.
3. Tap Delete my account, then Delete.

It happens right away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you claimed your handle with, and include the handle. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your handle and your email address.
• Every card your handle holds on the Firsthand ledger, with its photo and its backup.
• Cards waiting to be delivered to or from you, and the venue names you gave.

What stays

• Cards you already sent or traded to other people stay theirs. In their history your handle is replaced with "a deleted member", so nobody who later takes the same name inherits it.
• Cards on your phone stay until you delete them or the app.
